Find Foto Fix is a public reporting tool operated by Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV) for Mt Buller and Mt Stirling. It allows visitors and staff to report maintenance and operational issues within the resort.

Information we collect

• A description of the issue being reported
• Photos uploaded with a report
• GPS location and an approximate address at the time of submission

You may submit a report without providing personal contact details.

How information is used

Information provided through Find Foto Fix is used solely to identify, assess, and respond to maintenance or operational issues and may be accessed by authorised ARV staff and contractors involved in resort operations.

Storage and disclosure

Information is stored within ARV systems and retained in accordance with ARV’s operational, records management, and privacy obligations. Information is not shared with third parties except where required for operational purposes or where authorised or required by law.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the service is used to improve usability and performance. Google Analytics collects aggregated usage data such as page visits and device information. No personal information submitted through Find Foto Fix forms is used for analytics purposes.
